New Home Angel Tree Program 2026

On Sunday, November 8th, we will kick off our annual Angel Tree Ministry, a special opportunity for our church family to bless children in our community during the Christmas season. The purpose of the Angel Tree is to provide Christmas gifts for local children (ages 18 and under) whose families may need a little extra support this year. Angel Tree request forms will be available each Sunday at the worshipping location (east or west). 

If you have children in need of assistance or know of a family who could benefit from this ministry, please complete an Angel Tree form and return it to one of the committee members or email it to edevonj43@gmail.com no later than Sunday, November 22nd.

Angel Tree Committee Members: Sisters Falicia Ellis, Sheri Huddleston, Rosie Brown, Sabrina Haynes and First Lady Ericka Jackson.

We invite all members who are willing and able to participate by selecting one or more angel cards from the tree and purchasing gifts for a child. Our desire is for every child to receive both an outfit and a toy for Christmas. If possible, we encourage you to provide both items. Members may also choose to partner together, with one person purchasing the outfit and another purchasing the toy.

Parents, please note: The maximum value of gifts requested for each child is $100.

Angel cards will be available beginning Sunday, November 29th, at the East location and will continue to be available each Sunday at both worship locations through Sunday, December 13th.

Important Dates

1. Angel Tree application deadline: Sunday, November 22nd

2. Last day to select an angel card: Sunday, December 13th

3. Gift return deadline: Sunday, December 20th

Please return all gifts unwrapped and include the angel card that was selected from the tree. The Angel Tree Committee will wrap all gifts on Sunday, December 20th, and distribute them to families during the week of December 20-24th.

Confidentiality Notice: All family and recipient information will remain strictly confidential and will be known only to the Angel Tree Committee.
